In Augustine’s English Classes, we try to turn every lesson into a learning journey. At our English tuition centre for both primary and secondary students, we firmly believe that learning English should be a meaningful and enjoyable process.
Active learning is the principal method at our English tuition centre. It is an approach where students are fully involved in their lessons rather than sitting back and passively learning. At our English tuition centre in Singapore, the students do not merely listen passively. Instead, they are the main contributors to our lessons.
The Augustine’s English Classes curriculum is designed in such a way that it meets the individual student needs and, aside from that, it is based on the school’s standards and the students’ interests on every level. This strategic planning supports the child’s ability to meet the academic capabilities through systematic planning. Each level is constructed with specific learning objectives in mind and the topics addressed are carefully tailored in such a way as to facilitate your child reaching the academic and learning level that is in accordance with their level.

My son joined Augustine in Primary 5 and his English improved very quickly. Augustine is able to motivate him to be more interested in the language and handle tricky components in English Paper 2. Every year, he throws a Annual Games Day for the students to look forward to. Will definitely recommend fellow parents to get their kids try out his English classes.

One of the ways that Mr. Augustine has helped my children improve their writing skills is by providing them with regular feedback and guidance. He always takes the time to read their work carefully and offer specific suggestions for how they can improve their grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary. He also provides them with helpful tips on how to organize their thoughts and ideas more effectively. As a result my children have become much more confident writers.
