As I trusted them, and i speak to them after every lesson, all the time the teachers are all smiles and say wonderful things. I only check after a term and found a big difference in handwriting (view pic - where you can see the friend's handwriting and my son's). After confronting them, they say it is because my son doesn't write so the teacher had no choice the friend finished so fast, and he can help my son to do so they can play. In another incident, the kids go to the toilet on their own, on the way there, the go into the beauty shop to steal sweets. The centre did not even have people watching the kids when there are receptionists. The teacher was abusive, telling my son he was lousy and that his friend could write but he cannot. This abuse put my son's confidence at a low point. He cried every lesson. Lastly, even the centre receptionist is horrible. They make fun of and insult my son. Of cos with such awful people, they will definitely gossip about you. Even though this happened in 2022, but I know these people are still there. So parents, be warned, this centre's educators have zero integrity.

Teacher Zeng is very kind and patient. He can clearly see the child's progress and he is becoming more and more interested in Chinese.
