The school terms run in 18weeks making it difficult to withdraw if you find the course and teaching ineffective because by term 2, it will be too close to exams. Also term 3 includes lessons after mainstream eoys so unless your course of study continues to the next year, the extra paid lessons might not be useful. Eg sec 2 science and sec 3 science may not be the same due to choice of subjects. It will useful to read the fine prints and policies to decide on the suitability of the programme.

Read more teachers also seem responsive and caring. My son attended his first ever English class and he found himself thoroughly engaged in the lesson. It was my first time hearing him give such rave reviews about any teacher. I had to speak to the teacher to find out for myself why my son was so impressed. The teacher called me on his rest day and spent 45 minutes talking with me to better understand my concerns for my son's learning as well as to understand his learning needs/challenges. He was patient and reassuring in explaining what sort of help they would be able to offer him during the lessons. As they have two different teachers taking separate lesson components, the enrolment team also arranged for the other teacher to call me.
