I would like to share some feedback regarding the trial lesson my child attended. During our discussion prior to the trial, we were under the impression that the lessons would... Read more trial, we were under the impression that the lessons would focus on reviewing school exam papers, identifying weak areas, and providing targeted guidance. However, after we sign up, the teaching was mainly based on general papers provided by the centre. As parents, our main objective is to see improvements in our child’s weaker areas. This can only be achieved if the tutor reviews the actual school exam/test papers, pinpoints gaps, and updates us regularly on progress. Given the significant cost of tuition, we feel that such communication and customised guidance should be part of the learning experience.
