Read more teacher related, acc to my daughter) and I wanted to have a chat with her teacher. We made arrangements for a short phone call. They tell me I could wait till after her next clas to speak to the teacher. I had to point out to them that there isnt class cos of the National Day. Clearly they didnt bother to find out that my kid class falls on that day. I had suggested for Tuesday pm and they took a long time to reply that the teacher cant make it. And they had suggested the next day for which i accomodated. Then it was cancelled 2 hours before. The team suggested for Thursday 130pm which again i had made plans to standby for the phone call. This time, no call and no message to tell me that the teacher cannot make it. I waited in vain and texted them if the phone call is coming. Only then they replied the teacher couldnt make it last min again and ask for reschedule. There was no sincerity in their standard apology reply. I would think that the school will be concerned and would like to address such issues promptly with the parent. Their lacklustre and tardy reply is disappointing. I feel that they are not concerned. The fact that they kept changing the timing and not even bothering to inform me about the phone call(letting me wait in vain) not happening is very telling that they are not into student welfare. Wont continue with them

They absolutely have a great teachers & their management system are professional & up to the standard. A very good, friendly & highly recommended place for your children to learn mandarin & grow up! A great place for my daughter to learn Chinese. The teacher and counter staff were very friendly and nice! My daughter had gain lots of interest after joining the class!... Their teaching experiences are good and the notes they give us help my kids for their upcoming exams and compos. It is also a safe and quiet environment for my... Read more It is also a safe and quiet environment for my kids to learn. Their homework passages also help my kids to understand what they had learn and know their meanings. When picking them up, sometimes they will rush my kids to pack their school bags and get into the car but other than that, this tuition centre is really good.
