Read more Tampines branch 👍🏼 Mr Eric was able to accommodate his timing and lesson usually 7-9pm. Mr Eric is definitely the best teacher I have had in my secondary school life. From the first time I went there for a trial lesson, he made the lesson very engaging and interesting, often coming up with examples or analogies to help me better understand a concept. His explanations are also very thorough and simple to understand, which allowed me to quickly grasp the concepts and improve. The lessons are well catered to the student’s indidividial learning pace and not rushed, such that both fast and slower learners can absorb all the information. In the short time that I was there for physics and chemistry tuition, I improved a lot in my grades and was able to maintain it consistently for my O levels exam too. Physics went from C5 to A2 and chemistry went from B4 to A2. Highly recommend anyone looking for booster up for O level Sci/Maths, look for Mr Eric! He is caring, knowledgeable and no-nonsense Cher so be prepared to be drilled 💪🏼🤨

Having visited Happy Tutors Tampines branch since January 2023, this tuition centre outlet has left me with a positive impression. In terms of the accessibility of the venue, the tuition centre... Read more terms of the accessibility of the venue, the tuition centre is located within walking distances of its surrounding bus stops and can be easily identified from the main road. Having a supermarket and a coffee shop within the same block gives me a good assurance that I will have access to food and necessities regardless of the weather conditions. Nearby major institutions include the United World College of South-East Asia and the well-known post-secondary institution Temasek Polytechnic. One might be tempted to think that the wonders of this tuition centre ends at the previous point. But nope, a tuition centre cannot possibly exist for that sole purpose of having good amenities surrounding it, right? Moving past the front door of the tuition centre, I am immediately greeted with a bright, spacious interior of the outlet. This is unlike many other tuition centre chains which I have visited in the past six years or so, with narrow spaces defining the various outlets. In terms of the resources, there are sufficient materials available to enhance learning. However, the materials alone would mean almost nothing without the availability of good screen boards for good visual learning and the help of the approachable tutors who are willing to break down the subject content chunks into smaller bits for ease of learning. Give these dedicated tutors a fish of a content...and they will return you with an ocean of knowledge and techniques to move past the various questions posed for the different subjects. I'm so sorry Ms Serene, but I have asked you too many Chemistry questions so far! In terms of the class size, the small class size of the physical classes enhances the learning of the students as more attention can be devoted to each student. The teachers build a good rapport with the students within the same class group and encourages productive learning while ensuring that the students have sufficient learning materials and break times between lessons. Each student is provided with ample opportunities to discuss their thoughts and solutions to different questions. The only concern which I have is that from time to time, naughty kids can sometimes look through the window to see the classes. But hey, isn't that the very same reason why I got to know this tuition centre outlet in the first place? Overall, I am quite satisfied with the lessons in this tuition centre outlet and even if it might not be another student's final choice, this outlet is definitely a good option worth considering.
