Description

HCL Education Centre is a professional Chinese Tuition Centre, established in December 2006 by our founder, Mr Wang Deqing. It has developed into a well-known Chinese Tuition Centre with thousands of students achieving remarkable results. We provide Chinese tuition lessons for Nursery, Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary school students.

HCL represents both “Happy Chinese Learning” and “Higher Chinese Language”. We believe in having our students learn the diversity of the Chinese Language through effective techniques and teaching methods that have been well thought through by our educators. This includes a conducive classroom atmosphere that has been well-designed.

At HCL, we provide a plethora of courses specifically catered to students depending on individual needs and capabilities. The courses include N1-K2 Happy Learning Course, P1-P6 HCL Course, P1-P6 Enrichment Course, P3- P6 Elite Course, S1-S4 Express Chinese Course and S1-S4 Higher Chinese Course. Each of our classes has a relatively small teacher to student ratio, including consultation programs, to have a better understanding of the needs of each student.

With over 10 years of teaching experience, we achieved an overwhelming success of students attaining Distinctions due to our Chinese tuition. We are proud to announce that our Primary 6 students achieved results exceeding the national average for their PSLE Chinese examinations. Our team will continue to provide our unwavering support for our students through our Chinese tuition, helping them develop a better understanding of Chinese.

All my 3 kids go HCL for their Chinese/Higher Chinese tuition from Primary 1. My two older kids attend both COC and HCL during their upper primary years to prepare for PSLE. They are still attending HCL classes now in secondary. My youngest (P3) is currently attending their HCL lessons, intend to start her on COC in P4 or P5. They have high quality materials and prepare students well for oral and written exams. They do give homework, ting xie and mo xie, but I always tell my kids to just do their best and don’t be too stressed out by the mo xie. The teachers do send weekly updates to parents to inform us what has been covered in class, what is the HW and all.
