She’s been incredibly dedicated in guiding my daughter through her PSLE year, giving her confidence and strong foundations in Chinese. Her care and commitment have made a big difference in my child’s progress. I also really appreciate how flexible the school is with make-up classes, which fits perfectly with our busy schedule. The counter staff are super friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend HCL Bukit Timah for their wonderful teachers, supportive staff, and quality Chinese enrichment!

Very commercialised tuition Centre which I don't recommend! Their fees is higher than market but their materials are not updated and their answers quite often not following school marking standard.... They charge you all year round with no breaks at all and they charge you interest if you didn't pay on the same month, like loan shark🤑

Classes are getting too crowded even for kindergarten classes. They expect students to make up for classes even in June and December and yet do not have enough make up... Read more and December and yet do not have enough make up classes to choose from. How can a student make up for 2-3 classes if they are away for a month during school holidays? They used to accept flight details and would not force students to pay for all holiday classes. However, now all students have to pay regardless of whether they are travelling? Customer service used to be good but it is getting worse because they do not allow more than 8 students for a makeup class yet do not have alternative dates for make up when we cannot make it for the date and time. What an irony? Definitely more and more money minded.
