Not a pleasant experience. Basically no service after you sign up with them. Please do your research first if you intend to have your kid/s here. 1. Hidden charge -... Read more you intend to have your kid/s here. 1. Hidden charge - they pre-charge you a mandatory booster class when they charge the Term fees. They dont highlight it to you verbally u will only find out if you look through your bill. Worse, they don't set aside a date for it until much later in the term and when the dates are out, they simply send a WA message to you ON THE WEEK ITSELF to sign up for the physical class. No commitment/ efforts on their end to make sure every student is aware of this booster class taking place and have signed up for it. No reasonable advance notice given as well. 2. After sales, total lack of customer service and any human interaction. Everything is via a machine (face recognition for entry) or text. Yet, I sent messages to the Operations team consecutively for 3 days since Sunday afternoon re my children's booster classes and homework, READ BUT NO REPLY. Not even a simple acknowledgement to my messages. 3. To add on to the frustration, need to scan QR code to get to Level 17 and many times, the QR code don't work yet you don't see any Indigo staff at the lobby helping out the students who go up and down the lift multiple times in hope that someone enters with a working QR code. United Square staff aren't always helpful as well. Feedbacked to Indigo and their reply - it's like that cannot change. 4. Provided feedback that one of their teachers was sleeping during lessons (not the first time). They said they will do a thorough check and give me an update. Until today, which must have at least been 2 months since I spoke to their staff, nobody has contacted me to provide any update. 5. They don't have a maximum class size for all levels. I have tried asking multiple times but the staff kept evading my question ie no direct answer. Conclusion-no maximum class size, it is as long as chairs can fit inside the classroom, they will accept. Some of the senior classes have 20-30+ students i have heard though not verified. In summary, an extremely disorganised tuition centre which I personally feel, does not commensurate with the high fees. Peel away the impressive facade - and what you get may not be much different than your neighbourhood centre. Which is unfortunate as their initial "sales talks" were promising.

Indigo is a really good tuition centre with awesome facilities. The teachers here are engaging and teach at an appropriate pace for students to understand. They cover topics in depth... Read more pace for students to understand. They cover topics in depth and teach certain skills which schools may not touch on. Their materials are well-planned and clear, allowing students with weaker backgrounds (like me) to grasp them effectively.

Positive : Teachers are experience Negative: bureaucratic, poor management & customer service. 1. Changing the schedule/timing without pre-arrange with parent/student upfront. Read more it conflict with other appointment/tuition) 2. no face to face replacement class, even video also has to request myself & need to submit form. 3. Too many administrative processes & instructions to follow. Passing the adminstrative works to clients. 4. Charging extra/booster classes fee without getting agreement from parent, & booster class are made mandatory. Asked to pay the booster fee first before even telling u the date. 5. Lack of customer centric & Poor communication. Lack of human interaction. 6. Poor customer service despite high tuition fee

One of the worse enrichment Centre parents should avoid at all costs! I come across this Centre as son just entered Sec 1 IB programme this year. When I enquired... Read more entered Sec 1 IB programme this year. When I enquired on the programmes offered, was induce by the Centre staff that they do offer IB programme enrichments in line with the school curriculum. However after several weeks of lesson proper, we realized that the Centre curriculum is designed more for IP programmes than IB. Of course, I wanted to withdraw my son from the programme but was told that the remaining lessons will be forfeited and no refund given base on contractual terms. This is totally a scam and I will definitely not accept such explanations. I am writing here to highlight to all parents to beware of this enrichment Centre. The management are more inclined to make profits than to address the issues. Avoid at all cost!
