Read more provided us with valuable feedback after each lesson. It was clear that the teacher was committed to her students’ learning, and I appreciated the effort she put into her teaching. However, things took a significant turn when her teacher went on maternity leave, and a substitute took over. My daughter soon told me that she was allowed to watch Peppa Pig during class. I was taken aback, so I decided to observe for myself. Sure enough, just before the lesson ended, the teacher allowed the kids to watch Peppa Pig for the last 10-15 minutes of class. In contrast, the previous teacher encouraged the children to colour and practice letter tracing, which I thought was much more engaging and educational. Hoping this might have been an isolated incident, I returned the following week only to find that the substitute teacher played Tom and Jerry instead. Concerned, I raised this issue with the front desk staff, and the teacher explained that since it was the end of the term, she let the children watch cartoons. While the staff apologised for the situation and promised that their management would follow up with me, three weeks have passed with no further communication from them. Unfortunately, as this was my daughter’s last term, I can only assume that L Central no longer feels the need to address the issue, given that my daughter is no longer a student there. If you are looking for an educational environment, I would recommend reconsidering this center. If you are simply looking for a place where your children can watch cartoons, it might be easier to just let them do that at home. This revision presents the facts in a clear and professional way while still communicating your concerns.

Read more The teachers are very supportive too. My children English doing well so far with lcentral amk. When children need help, they will arrange coaching classes for them. My children said is very helpful. My children enjoy every lesson, they feel happy to go and come back from tuition. I strongly recommend this tuition centre for everyone.😊
