Unwilling to buy additional resources, with expired hygiene-related products in tuition premises. Extremely poor quality and outdated notes are provided to tutors - they do not keep up with the syllabus properly. Many resources are dumped into one huge resource bank and are extremely disorganised. Admin department is slow to respond, and is highly inexperienced. This results in mistakes that delay and disrupt lessons. Lacks whiteboards for teachers to write on, forcing them to rely on Ipads so that it can be recorded easily. IPads malfunction occasionally, and the apple pens to annotate and demonstrate is sometimes left uncharged. This means tutor has to draw with finger words and working. Unclear and inconsistent instructions given to tutors. Clearly faces cost issues as many things are broken, empty or lacking in the centre. Does not restock fullscap paper properly, leaving tutors to scramble to find them within the centre. When admin is not available, they do not update tutors, leaving them to find out on their own when they message the admin chat. Admin is only available until afternoon on weekends which means that tutors are disrupted by parents, visitors and outsiders enquiring in the middle of the lesson. Overall, highly unprofessional and understaffed.

Mr Quek was really patient and understanding when teaching and kindly repeated the explanations to make sure i understood everything. Although I started 3 months later, I still managed to catch up and was a few chapters ahead of my school teacher. I then had more confidence in myself and was no longer afraid of difficult questions. With all the new knowledge and confidence I brought to my next exam, I used all the methods taught by Mr Quek in the test and got an A1! I felt very happy and thankful for Mr Quek and I would definitely recommend anyone to join league of learners and you will see a big improvement in your results!
