Established in Singapore in 1986, Mavis Tutorial Centre is dedicated to delivering high-quality educational services by equipping students with the necessary foundation to excel in various examinations, such as the PSLE, GCE ‘O’ and ‘A’ Levels. Notably, our tuition centres also offer enrichment courses tailored to preschool students.
At present, we operate 15 tuition centres across Singapore. We firmly believe in fostering enjoyable learning experiences, as we recognise that students are more likely to thrive when they find joy in their subjects.
Mavis Tutorial Centre offers fun and engaging classes for: English, Chinese, Mathematics, and Science, catering to children’s evolving learning needs and syllabus at each academic level.
We focus on both effective learning and academic performance by building a strong academic foundation while nurturing essential skills and dispositions. Our professional and committed tutors provide personalised attention and support, preparing students not only for examinations but also for acquiring lifelong skills.

My daughter joined Mavis Tuition Centre at Woodlands 888 for Primary 4 English a few months ago, and we’ve had a very good experience so far. Her tutors, Mr. Edison... Read more a very good experience so far. Her tutors, Mr. Edison and Ms. Irene, were patient, clear in their explanations, and made the lessons engaging. My daughter became more confident in grammar and writing, and she enjoyed the lessons each week. The worksheets provided good practice and were closely aligned with the school syllabus. We also appreciated the friendly and efficient admin staff, who made the registration smooth and were always helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, we’re happy with the experience. Mavis at Woodlands 888 provides a structured and supportive learning environment. I would recommend it to other parents looking for quality English tuition.

My daughter have went to most of the neighborhood tuition for the math and science. But result doesn't show any improvement instead getting lower and lower score till we come... Read more improvement instead getting lower and lower score till we come across Mavis. From then her show slight improvement. From always red to blue color in her report book.
