Updates (19 April 2025): I was really hesitant to write this review but I am writing in because your staff does not communicate well with me and the caregiver that picked my 2nd toddler from the centre. I place my 2nd toddler for Saturdays because I needed a good rest as am due for birth soon but your staff actions caused me to worry and lose the trust in oasis tots. The first time, water was not given until I requested. Second time, no prompt updates till I texted and many confusion on milk time intake and diaper last changed time. Lastly, when caregiver goes to pick my toddler, your staff did not hand her the baby carrier till the caregiver asked. I wonder what’s wrong or how did we offend your staff that she has to react negatively? My toddler had late breakfast (updates not given) and lunch at 11am so I was worried it will be too much for her to take in milk at 12-1230pm and I suggested an interval. Your staff confused me by saying she gave milk at 1pm as per my instruction (I did not instruct) and then now she says gave milk at 1230. So odd of this staff ~ please look into it. I may not want to place my little one on someone that does not takes their job seriously. First time attending oasis tots for my son, the updates were prompt. They reply messages from a concern mummy in an open and courteous manner. Communication between me and them were great :) we will come back again

Read more go to work with a peace of mind. The staff is exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the children. They provide photos of my child engaging in activities, even during meal times. This is definitely a plus point as parents can worry about how their sick child is while they are busy at work.. I highly recommend Oasis Tots to any parent.

Read more learn of this alternative care option for sick kids since child care centres no longer administer medicine for kids like they used to in the 90s. I appreciate the caring team at Oasis Tots that helped to watch my kid while i attended to urgent work and our usual backup caregiver arrangement wasn't an option as caregiver was unwell. Learnt of Oasis through my childcare's parents chatgroup. centrally located and thought it was timely to try it out. the team at Oasis provided updates on kid's activities and health. kid was well fed, taken care of. despite having sniffles, my kid expressed that he wanted to come back as he felt it was a fun place 'full of activity corners' like an indoor playspace. had some trouble convincing him to go back to his usual school haha it was a nice touch that the Oasis team checked about preferences on permissible screen time/activities/food preferences and allergies. very reasonable rates for the staff:kid ratio we're getting. i felt very assured knowing the team of edu-carers were medically trained and able to handle the range of ill kids that might be present to minimise transmission. also concluded this was a good way to minimise transmission of kids' flu to elder family caregivers who might not have the strongest immunity systems themselves. highly recommended and will not hesitate to engage again when my kid is unwell.
