I’m writing with some disappointment, as my daughter did greatly enjoyed her first term of math classes. Teachers are nice and curriculum is strong. However when I signed her up... Read more nice and curriculum is strong. However when I signed her up for another term on 31 July, but it appears there has been a misunderstanding regarding her schedule. When we first enrolled, she attended one class on Thursday evenings and one on Sunday evenings. We specifically arranged it this way to limit her screen time to no more than one hour a day. However, for the new term (right after I paid a 5-figure amount), I’ve been informed that this arrangement is no longer available and classes must be take two in a row on same day. I was not advised of this change when I re-enrolled, and today, when we tried to join her usual Sunday class, we were told she could not attend. The days and times of the classes were changed without any prior notice and it’s at times we are totally unable to make. Admin not so helpful in replying to my requests and the original sales agent has left and appears to have left sketchy details of what I agreed.

Teachers are very engaging and encouraging, and the lessons are so much fun and easy to understand too! Seeing that he enjoyed his classes, we’ve also enrolled our daughter to the programme. Her maths have improved tremendously and at 6 years old, she is able to understand multiplication and division, and even IQ-type questions. Thank you Spark Education teachers for the effort and always making lessons such an enjoyable one for my kids! :)
