However, she constantly exposed me to various news articles, readings, as well as focused classes not on the quantity of work, but on the quality of it. She emphasised on building important skills and answering techniques. Besides academic knowledge, she also broadened my horizon to various social issues and the importance of Chinese in the working world, which really provided much motivation for students like myself. More importantly, Ms Wang has extremely structured lessons which highly appealed to me. Her vast experience proved useful in terms of the methods and tips she gave us in order to score for our Oral examinations, and her meticulous teaching style also ensured that all our doubts and queries were addressed, and we were fully prepared for the O Level Examinations. I strongly believe that Ms Wang’s expertises has not only guided me in my learning, but many of my peers who learnt under her as well. Under her tutelage, I managed to obtain an overall A1 grade for the GCE O Level Higher Chinese Examination, as well as Distinction in the GCE O Level Oral Examinations. Thank you Ms Wang!

Previously before attending her lessons, I struggled with my Higher Chinese at the upper secondary level as I found it difficult to write convincing and compelling essays and score well in the comprehension section. However, the multitude of resources Miss Wang provided were well-structured and immensely helpful in improving my essays and answers. I had only joined Miss Wang’s tuition 5 months prior to the GCE O-Level Examinations, but what definitely shocked me was her dedication to teaching and amazing oratorical skills, making her lessons both meaningful and engaging. Her teaching skills, coupled with the numerous resources provided have boosted my Higher Chinese grades from Bs and Cs in tests to an overall A2 and Merit for Oral in the GCE Higher Chinese O Level Examination! Ms SY Wang is a dedicated and responsible teacher, she never misses any class and the materials she provides (good word and phrases, recommended study books etc) are very useful. Her lessons are always interesting and engaging, together with providing us with constant useful and important information, every lesson was valuable. Her rigorous guidance and constant reminders have allowed me to gain a good grasp of the subject. Her teaching approach and methods to teaching made me enjoy learning chinese but at the same time improved my answer techniques, skills and my overall grasp of the subject. During her lessons, aside from teaching chinese, she spends time teaching us other things as well, for example how we should study and prepare for exams. In the end, I was able to use her helpful tips and materials which allowed me to excel in my papers and oral.
