Attended trial lesson. Teacher was uninterested in engaging with the target audience, more so for delivering the boring contents of the subject that was way too dry for the young... Read more the subject that was way too dry for the young kids. How does using bombastic terms in the English Language help with understanding the subject better? Too much emphasis was done on pushing answers of their “practice questions” down the throats of the children. Didn’t continue.

My son (P6 this year) started attending TCHER’s Math lessons since early 2020 and has been scoring pretty well for his Math papers since then. The Math lessons... Read more his Math papers since then. The Math lessons that he currently attends are conducted by Teacher Dicky who is a very experienced and patient teacher. I am pretty impressed with the ways he patiently handles the questions posed by his students, thus, being able to build rapport with his students who have never met him in person. As I attend the lessons together with my son, I notice that the lessons expose students to a wide varieties of problem sums, including past year PSLE questions. Being able to attend TCHER lessons together with my son allows me to understand the concepts so that I can coach my son. The added benefit is being able to watch the replays when my son could not attend the actual lessons. I also do note that TCHER offers a lot of resources (eg. up to a year of lessons for replay and relevant workshops) for students and parents and even sponsorship programme for kids that could not afford tuitions. Good job, TCHER! Keep it up!
