My girl’s testimonial on Ms Pin Ru follows below. Ms Pin Ru played a big part in shaping my style of composition writing. She explains things clearly and makes sure every student understands what is taught before moving on. As a shy student, I rarely would dare to answer questions. However, Ms Pin Ru always gives every student a chance to speak up during lesson time and helps correct us when we make a mistake. This gives students like me more learning opportunities. Under Ms Pin Ru’s guidance, I was able to achieve an AL1 for PSLE English.

The admin team at the Bukit Timah branch - Farah, Ray, Kene - is also always super helpful, patient and prompt in helping to arrange make up classes and address enquiries on payments etc. would recommend anyone to try out TWC BT for your child!

I waalked in at 830pm Tue as first time parent to enquire. Centre manager Ray Goh was extremely patient and emphatic to walk me through the available programs and teaching approach... Also took me on a guided tour of premise addressing safety concerns on busy Bt Timah Road At the end of 2 hours, I was convinced of the centre's approach (at least on paper) and decided to sign up for my child to start in 2025. The key here is the excellent customer service demonstrated by Ray, full of empathy and patience throughout my first experience with the centre putting me at ease. You should spend some time to have a chat with Ray first hand if you are around the area and looking for English enrichment classes for your child to understand expectations in details - well worth your time.
