Read more W@W was closing down the Kallang and other branches with 1 or 2 students in many of their classes. In the Aperia Mall Kallang branch, there was a very rude admin staff called Gabrielle. In the King Arcade branch, Bernice, an Admin Staff who was managing their what's app message had the ' cannot be bothered' attitude. On 18 June 2025, before I dropped my child for her last class, I messaged to request if anyone at the front desk could look out for my child to show her where the room she should be going to. There was no answer from Bernice ( or anyone from W@W What's App, if I didn't type' Can you please answer' or ' Please answer as soon as possible.' Upon my request to look out for my child as she was arriving 10 minutes earlier, since she usually went to the classroom in another building, Bernice typed , " pls ask your child to ask the front desk". Its staff like Bernice and Gabrielle's cannot be bothered attitude that is driving Students away from W@W.
