Read more W@W was closing down the Kallang and other branches with 1 or 2 students in many of their classes. In the Aperia Mall Kallang branch, there was a very rude admin staff called Gabrielle. In the King Arcade branch, Bernice, an Admin Staff who was managing their what's app message had the ' cannot be bothered' attitude. On 18 June 2025, before I dropped my child for her last class, I messaged to request if anyone at the front desk could look out for my child to show her where the room she should be going to. There was no answer from Bernice ( or anyone from W@W What's App, if I didn't type' Can you please answer' or ' Please answer as soon as possible.' Upon my request to look out for my child as she was arriving 10 minutes earlier, since she usually went to the classroom in another building, Bernice typed , " pls ask your child to ask the front desk". Its staff like Bernice and Gabrielle's cannot be bothered attitude that is driving Students away from W@W.

The lessons from p3-6 adequately prepare the children to tackle any PSLE compo topics. We want to thank teacher Viki for being an excellent teacher to my twins. She is very responsible and relates very well to the children. She is a very experienced teacher who exercises good class control when needed. Being an ex-MOE teacher, she knows a lot about what to expect for PSLE and would give a lot pointers to the children. Teacher Viki is meticulous in her marking and takes pride in her work. She takes the time to highlight the improvement and well-done areas in my children’s composition every week. Under her guidance, my kids have not only learned to write beautiful compositions, but both have shown great improvement in their grammar and vocab. Before they were taught by teacher Viki, my children would sometimes request for online classes because of their busy school schedule. Ever since teacher Viki took over this year, I could see my children becoming highly motivated to excel in compo writing that they insist on going for physical classes. Teacher Viki made her classes so fun and engaging that my kids really want to be physically present for them. Under her tutelage, both my twins managed to score high AL1s for their prelims and also AL1 for their PSLE. Thank you teacher Viki for helping them to achieve their goals. A responsible and effective teacher like her is a true gem! Thank you W@W for the wonderful curriculum that adequately prepares the children to face Psle confidently.
