I’ve seen a big improvement in how I write and analyse questions since joining. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a teacher who makes GP less painful and way more understandable!

Read more my son’s GP classes. As a parent supporting my child through his A levels this year, I found their approach to be rigid and unreasonable. My son stopped attending GP tuition in March this year as he did not find the lessons beneficial. Despite this, Zenith continued billing me for April classes. When I sought clarification, I was informed that a one-month termination notice was required. I did not pay for April as my son had not attended any GP classes. However, Zenith unilaterally used the April payment meant for his ongoing Physics tuition to offset the GP fees. Since then, even though I have always paid the Physics tuition fees on time, Zenith repeatedly marked our account as overdue and imposed late payment charges every month. I have written to request a waiver of these unfair late fees, but have not received any response. To date, the late charges continue to be imposed, despite the fact that we have never been late in paying for Physics classes. This experience has left me very dissatisfied with Zenith’s customer service and payment policies. Will not recommend Zenith to other parents.
