At Sprout, we believe in the philosophy of Whole Language Approach to the teaching of Chinese language, where learning is a cognitive experience unique to each learner’s own perspective and prior knowledge. We respect and accept the unique nature of each child, and strive to bring out the best in every child through love and care. We seek to provide a natural, authentic and holistic learning environment, where language acquisition best takes place in. We place emphasis on the quality of learning, that learning should not be a means to an end, but an end in itself, where the essence lies in the process of inquiry and learning, and not just results

At Sprout, we believe reading is the foundation of all learning, including that of Chinese language. The reading of high quality stories and literature forms the core of our curriculum. Our classes are also tailor-made to ensure each student’s learning experience at Sprout is maximized.
