Read more soft copy of classroom materials were sent to me just 20 mins before the lesson started and my kid had to look at the handphone during the lesson since I was not home and not able to print out for her. The teacher did not care if the student understood the question at all. There is always no prompt reply from the person in charge. When I called the school number, I was told that she was just a receptionist, someone would reply my message but no one would call me back.

Read more understand ur child whats her or his weakness, the heads will hide behind whatsapp. Firstly they dont entertain u if u call, then when u complain they say the heads worked shifts and they rotate, hence they dont give u a name. This is really dodgy and dubious operation. Hey, for me as a parent, i just need to understand the progress and where i as a parent can work together with the center. Obviously, there is something wrong here. I urge all parents not to send here because i realize my kid didnt get teach for the questions she didnt know and yet getting homework where topics she hasnt been taught yet. I try to get to someone to discuss, i never manage to, i walk in, they say contact the heads of the level, end up whatsapp. Then they will push you around ended up nothing. Terrible terrible tuition center.
