Read more with several teachers. All of them are great! Currently she is having 'LauchPad' classes with Teacher Sher Li, who is a new teacher. Teacher Sher Li is an excellent teacher. Her lessons are very informative and engaging for young kids. She also communicated progress with parents proactively. Other good things about this center are their admin team who are always warm, easy-going and responsive, and their flexible make-up class policies.

My boy missed one of class, central admin Lynette offered a 30mins, 1 to 1 replacement class with teacher. We came to Center before the schedule time as what have... Read more came to Center before the schedule time as what have arranged. However, the previous class is overran for 10mins, my boy started class at 1040hrs instead of 1030hrs. Approached admin Fazilah, to confirm if the 1 to 1 class also will end 10mins later. She replied without any apologised, saying that, that is nothing to teach my boy as my boy doing very well, 20mins is good enough.no need the full 30mins ????!!! I was surprised by her attitude and replied. She did not apologised for delay my boy class and wasting parents time and money for granted. I asked her to confirm with teacher I/C and reply me again, she did not come back to me ,instead she told teacher that I wanted to speak teacher when the lesson end. 😂😂😂
