There was no proper induction on the first day, and the lack of a warm reception made the experience even more discouraging. Additionally, I was not given the chance to take a trial class, as they pressured me into enrolling immediately by claiming that seats were limited and could not be guaranteed if I delayed. Now, after a disappointing experience, they are refusing to refund my deposit and are instead forcing us to attend the course for two months. For the high fees charged, the classroom itself is very small and cramped. Additionally, the teacher looked very young, and I am uncertain about their qualifications or experience in effectively delivering the promised learning outcomes. Initially, I believed they were a value-driven institution, but it has become clear that they are purely commercial, relying on strong marketing rather than genuine educational value. The program feels no different from a regular tuition class, far from the innovative learning experience they advertised. Given the misleading information, poor experience, and lack of accountability, I do not feel the service is worth the cost. I would not recommend it.
