Oodles Learning @ Marine Parade

My daughter's maths improved tremendously after joining Oodles@ Marine Parade.

Teacher evonne is very nice she is the best and she is very patient and supportive. She always willingly offers a helping hand and explains very clearly. Awesome teacher!

Really a poorly managed tuition centre. I arrived for a trial class with my child at 430 to find out the teacher had notified they are sick. The... Read more out the teacher had notified they are sick. The tuition centre was aware of the issue earlier in the day yet failed to notify parents. Another parent walked in and was also shocked there was no notification. No apology was given, no recognition they had a communication failure. Please replace or up-skill your front staff. You may have a great tuition program but parents won't know it by the incompetent admin staff. We will not return to this centre.

I signed my child up for the holiday class on their website and it's such a HORRENDOUS experience. Full payment via paypal was required which was fine but I didn't... I contacted them the next day to which the staff said confirmation will only be sent closer to date of class?! A week later, I realise somehow during registration, my kid was signed up for the class in the wrong grade, I immediately contacted them to rectify this to which they took a while to get back. I went down to centre and spoke to staff and I thought we were sorted out. BUT on the day of the class, another staff called me in the morning and it seemed like there was a confusion again! I have never experienced another more badly managed tuition centre than this. The way they market the holiday classes is also very confusing which the staff herself acknowledged! First and last time I want to deal with them.
