PeiPer Arts School was founded by Pei Li and Symond with a shared passion for nurturing creativity and language skills in children. Pei Li, drawing from her upbringing in a Chinese-speaking household, developed a deep appreciation for language skills early on. Inspired by a friend who successfully raised a bilingual child, she recognized the transformative impact of bilingualism.
At PeiPer Arts School, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing environment where children can explore their creativity and language skills through enriching artistic experiences. We believe in the power of arts and crafts to foster imagination, critical thinking, and self-expression. Our holistic approach not only prepares children for creative success but also equips them with valuable life skills.
Witnessing the challenges many children in Singapore face with Mandarin, we were motivated to seamlessly integrate language learning into our arts curriculum.

Both my kids are really enjoying the lessons. The teachers are patient and very helpful. They take home a magical creation every two weeks, and they're both so proud of... Read more creation every two weeks, and they're both so proud of their work. It's not easy to find craft lessons for kids. Most in the market are very much focused on drawing/artwork type. We specifically wanted craft lessons because my kid is always digging out of my recycle bin and creating stuff. We thought this workshop will be completely her thing and we're glad to find Pei Per Arts School. My only pain is traveling to central area for her lessons. Hopefully the school expands to more location outside central region :)

Leia has been going for PeiPer’s art classes for almost a year :) she absolutely enjoys every session and always asks us when she can go back to class again.... Read more asks us when she can go back to class again. We are always amazed by the beautiful craft ideas by Ms Pei Li and her dedicated team, who emphasise on creating art using sustainable material. We love that a Chinese story is read to the children first to introduce the theme of the art before the craft work begins. As sessions are conducted in mandarin, we observed that Leia will converse with her teachers in mandarin naturally! Our house is filled with beautiful pieces created by Leia and we look forward to more classes in 2025! Thank you Ms Pei Li and a great shoutout to Teacher Von too! :)

Also, lessons together with storytelling are conducted in chinese by the lead teacher / founder and who is a local Singaporean. My child looks forward to the art lessons every week without fail. Highly recommended!

Read more across Pei-per arts school, I knew this was it! The art isn’t the kind of learning to blend, paint, draw, but actually making models that brings art visionary to life. I knew my 7-yo boy will enjoy these sessions and true enough, he has since been looking forward to the classes every week! Best of all, it’s infused with mandarin storytelling, conversations, artists from all over the world, and most importantly values. I do not wish to overload my child with classes and I’m glad he could kind of learn mandarin through his favourite activity - art. Teacher Pei identifies my child’s strengths and gives suggestions on developing them too! Even suggesting events such as the Muji’s exhibition which she thinks my child may like! My child told me his primary school teacher commented his Chinese is quite good and I guess it does pay off! Thank you so much Teacher Pei! Really appreciate your passion and efforts! :)
