All learners can excel, when we give them the right environment and coaching. Located right in the heartlands at Kovan, At The Learners Centre, our teachers are dedicated professionals who care deeply about your child and can personalize the pace of learning to help your child excel.

Ms Juliana Teo, founder of the learning centre, is a highly experienced English teacher who has inspired students for generations. She has a structured approach to teaching the English Language and her students have achieved distinctions in their examinations. Her experience as a HOD of English has given her great insight into curriculum matters and honed her teaching skills.

​​Juliana is also a freelance writer. She has written for What’s Up Magazine and her poem entitled “My Mother’s Hands”, was published in an anthology, Sound of Mind. She is also the author of the Facebook Page, 50 stories in 50 words, and Itsy Bitsy Prose and Poetry.
